Portland Baroque Orchestra: Listen Up, Lovers! 17th Century Italian Love Songs

May 28, 2021 @ 7:30 pm

Virtual Concert

Free Donations accepted.

Portland Baroque Orchestra presents a program of love, loss, and everything in between. Soprano Arwen Myers and theorbo player John Lenti bring to life 400-year-old Italian songs that transcend time. Featuring works by Barbara Strozzi, Monteverdi, and others, the performance is an exploration of love, humanity, and our connection to one another.

This performance, like all of PBO’s 20-21 Season, is presented through Great Arts. Period., an admission-free digital concert hall. Check out more performances at GreatArtsPeriod.org.
